Why aren't inviduals with wireless networks held to same standards as courthouses, libraries & other gov't buildings in USA which state in their policies wording as (paraphrasing): "wireless networks are inherently unsecure & suspectible to invasion.... & we are not held lialbe for illegal activities" (look at websites for most District Courts). What is different at my house? Is it more than the fact a courthouse is full of lawyers and judges to fight back &/or know better
@smiley8120 I imagine it would cover everyone with access to an IP address based in the USA so technically no. The FBI and god knows who else probably do that already though. Just be sure to give them something to joke about every now and again. In answer to your question YES they CAN but NO they *probably* WON'T.
