Looks really difficult. I had a 3DO, the original Panasonic FZ1 I believe. I had Road Rash, Samurai Shodown, Quarantine, and a couple others. I loved it, I don't know why people had a problem with it. Funny thing is that I was sort of interested in it when it was $700 in stores (initial release), but then, one holiday it went down to $400, and my parents lovingly purchased it one Christmas. Awesome memories of it.
I remember this. I had a 3DO and this game. I saved for ages and sold stuff to get it. I really liked this game. If I remember correctly it was really a quick time game. You'll notice the flashing icons. I think they actually shot it at the Shaw Brothers studio.
I have the Sega CD version so I don't know. Either way, the game is way too fast and I can't tell if you actually hit the opponent or not.
What is good about this fmv game is that it was filmed by Shaw Bros, in Hong Kong of course, and that you can change the dialogue to Cantonese and English.
That game looks well cool! Never seen anything like that before, it's probably the first game i've seen on the 3DO that is actually good, well this and Need For Speed. Graphically 3DO was better than anything when it first came out but it seemed the gameplay of most of the games was lacking and shortly after the 3DO came out the PS1 came out so that was curtains for the 3DO then sadly.
omg they make with real characters for 3DO awesome,

Wanting a 3DO is entirely understandable, if entirely impracticle, considering the price... but wanting a CDi? :O
I have one. Trust me... it's rubbish!

A First Person Beat-em-up would be quite a interesting concept on today's console's.
