they would have if it were not for the hackers and leaked e-mail. They wont succeed now. They can do what they want and say what they want right now, but those in congress that stand to lose money from this scam, they at least will bring this all down. Right now its like a damn that is leaking water everywhere and crumbling. Watching shows like this with people in the UN acting like nothing is going on with climategate, well that misleads people and is intended to. The scammers are very afraid.

Developing countries do not need "tainted funds" to deal with climate change, they only need an upper limit on carbon emissions per capita that matches developed countries. That limit should decrease over time and any country which has an average higher than that should be exposed to tariffs proportional to it's emissions mandated by the U.N. on member countries (All of them)

Now to only get the U.N. to have that kind of authority and compliance with its members...
