He should have to pay Microsoft and I believe that was actually his punishment in the first place. He broke the law. Did he expect that not to happen? I disagree with the law itself, but I accept the fact that the kid broke the law and needs to compensate for the illegal activities that he's partaken in.

I hate how people compare this to rape or murder. This is still a crime. Sure it's not as insane as murder but muderers get life in prison in most cases. This guy should have known it was a crime so it was his fault. He shouldn't get ten years but still get a punishment.

But this is also a crime. It doesn't matter if Bill Gates is rich. It doesn't matter if people think Microsoft is stupid. It's a crime and that deserves a punishment.
