Never even thought of using the stone mask when sneaking around in the Gerudo fortress. I normally just shot them from afar with arrows. Mask really makes it that much simpler.

I know this is a late reply -_- but it's not even that this game is hard to play. It's all puzzle and no fight, that's my opinion anyway. I love Zelda, and the storylines. But this one was difficult only because it was confusing. If you were a total n00b at this game, you wouldn't know what to do, because they don't really give you any clues. You have to play this game by ear, and that's why this game wasn't put on the top charts as OOT was.

I have this on wii. It sucks though because I have to use the Game Cube controller, which doesn't work as well as N64 because the c buttons aren't really c buttons at all.

what a great game havnt beat it fully in like 3 years but i started a file about 9 months ago and im on the 4th temple now "didnt play alot"dont think im slow i just play it when im stoned and thats pretty rare sucks tho i miss my n64 version all i got is gamecube one now

ill tell you well the game cube version looks better its clealer and i actaully prefer the gc controller but in gamecube version u cant do the fiery diety glitch and that just sucks

it's not really any different, but the n64 is way easier to play with the c buttons because they're actual buttons, not an analog stick.

I always thought it was fun to put on the stone mask and hop on one of the Gerudo boats for a ride. Plus you can get a good picture of em if you stand at the opposite end of the boat. :)

The stone mask is given to you by the invisible soldier sitting in the circle of stones on the way to Ikana Canyon. To slow down time, play the inverted song of time, which basicly means play the song of time backwards and it'll slow time down.
