  • nice arragement of a great song

  • My wife bought her FG 410 in 1989 and it is a wonderful guitar. I bought my FG 720s-12 based on how well her guitar was built. Nice work with the Nick Drake songs. He's my favorite acoustic guitar player.

  • who called this the greatest english love song of modern times?

  • @weezadam The NME (New Musical Express) in 2004

  • yes! great!

  • wats a good entry level steel acoustic guitar from yamaha?

  • Any of the FG range. Depends on your price point.

  • I have an FG410 and an FG160. They're both fine guitars. The 410 has a thinner, faster neck and 14 frets to the body. The 160 has an older-style fatter neck and 12 frets to the body - but a generally warmer sound. I bought both second-hand - the most recent being the 410 for £75 (2008). The action for both guitars can be taken really low as long as you don't mind a slight loss in the carrying power for volume. I use a John Pearse GR5862: JP Acoustic Pickup with both with a Zoom FX box.

  • My mistake - just realised the 160 also has 14 frets to the body. I was thinking of another guitar.(Blame too much beer or coffee!!)

  • get an old yamaha red label..

  • Good job dude . Go Yamaha !
