@gameboy100894 Well, DS is easier to develop for, and is also supported by 3DS, so if a company wants to make a cool 2D game, they might as well try a DS version, before making a 3DS sequel for example, so there's still a chance games will continue to come out for it. who knows, maybe it´s a commercial success and a 360 or PS3 version is made, an example of this is RE 4, it was originally just for gamecube and what? a PS2 and PC varsion came out later, don´t worry and just wait to see how good it is...

it is possible that this game only comes out for 3DS, so if you really want REVELATIONS stop complaining and buy a 3DS, you see, some good titles will also come out for the same console, like metal gear solid, super street fighter, i think also an assasin´s creed game will come too...

Now, if you have a PSP, then just wait, a RE game will also come, around 2011 or 2012, but like i said, you only have to wait...

RE is my game and I think that the series got kinda sidetracked with the wait for 5 [I've played everyone, even gaiden on gameboy color so i know what im talking about] Really 5 was not scary and 4 had its moments but it defintiely had something 5 didnt a better story. We know where the virus comes from, we know that umbrella is still out there, but the questions we have are where the fuck did everybody go? I can't wait for this and The mercenaries!! I'm a huge RE fan I was really disappointed in RE5 the story was really lacking and shvea was a really useless character. If they have to do co-op in the next game like RE6 they should make the co-op like Resident Evil 0 where your partner actually helps you.

But yeah they can't be considered survival horror anymore. More like a action 3rd person shooter with survival horror elements like dead space (who took game play influence from re4)
