Yeah, Louis CK is by far the comedian to make you laugh every time. Carlin had a different style which was based more on a cleverness. Louis CK makes ya laugh, Carlin makes you say, how the hell did he come up with this shit.

Eh, America has the best Stand-up imo, there are some good ones out of the UK, but it's a different type of humor. As far as laughing your balls off, CK does it best. However there are "more clever" (mostly foreign) comedians who are better at writing jokes, but there aren't anywhere near as good a delivering the jokes. But that's just my opinion. Carlin isn't an opinion though... He was 100% Comic Genius.
