I love some of the comments on here talking about conspiracy nut jobs, while our liberties and freedoms are being stripped out from under us. He talks about the 100 dollar bill tracking device and now look at at the patriot act, it's worse than a little metal strip! London is under total watch with thousands upon thousands of cameras. This is exactly how the media deceives you; they take actual facts such a fluoride in the water and microchips in dogs/people, then mix it up with rediculousness such as what he said about the nobel prize winners so it will discredit everything with merit.

@hellrazor1986 yeah, exactly, I think that's what they were trying to show in the movie, was that a lot of what he was saying is the truth, but he's portrait as a nut because some of it is wrong, so then people assume everything he says is wrong.

it IS the same thing with the real world.

and I think they did that with the Olympics in Vancouver, they had tons of shit that was so obvious, then nothing happened, and made people look bad. The olympics would have been the perfect event for that.

@cnmaster01 On fluoridated toothpaste tubes there is a warning to contact poison control if any is swallowed, this warning is not on non-fluoridated toothpaste.

Do a google search for "bag of sodium fluoride" and you will see poison warnings with skull and crossbones. Applied topically to the teeth, fluoride will work to strengthen them, but swallowing uncontrolled amounts cannot be considered safe. It was added to the drinking water in Nazi concentration camps. I doubt to strengthen teeth.

@hellrazor1986 you clearly have little to no understanding of chemistry. the fluoride ion in Prozac comes from fluoxetine not sodium flouride. If anything Prozac's benzene rings pose a greater health risk. And yes I'm familiar with the warning labels on the bags that I handled so often in college. The danger comes in high concentrations, as you would find in topical toothpaste and mouth wash, and I doubt the nazis took any care in regulating the amounts in the camp water. At least not for safety

@cnmaster01 Thanks for info on Prozac. My concern is that the amount of fluoride in one's system can accumulate over time and actually weaken bone structure and cause dental fluorosis. If a person likes to drink large amounts of water everyday, are they getting too much fluoride? I have also read numerous times that fluoride used in water and toothpaste is actually a byproduct of the aluminum and coal industry. What did you use fluoride for in college? I appreciate the insights.

@hellrazor1986 That's a legitimate concern. It's possible and has happened, but it depends on a lot of things working together. If the person in question's kidneys aren't functioning quite as well as they should, them not taking in enough vitamin D, and the town getting lazy regulating the flouride. Then again, drinking large amounts of unflouridated water is dangerous, things in the body need to balance out. we normally get most of the water we need from food. adding more throws the balance out

@hellrazor1986 As for the byproduct question, I don't know much about the coal industry, but purifying aluminum does often create excess sodium fluoride, and I believe there's a similar process in coal mining. So, while I have no proof, that sort of recycling seems to be very easy way for both companies to save money. I was a chemistry major, and wound up as a lab assistant, which often meant bringing bulk chemicals between the lab and storage. There are similar warnings on about every chemical

@cnmaster01 In reference to coal, more specifically I meant coal burning power plants. "Scrubbers" are used to filter the smoke leaving only steam to exit the stacks, but fluoride and other chemicals are physical byproducts. I know municipal water centers add calcium and other minerals which are essential, but many big time industrialists have lobbied government officials to have their chemical byproducts added to water when it would have cost money to dispose of.
