Looks good. I like Tom Kha at restaurants, but I've never tried making it. Thanks for the cooking lesson.

I love Tom Kha. Don't dig restaurants so much. (OCD) Your recipe using soy instead of fish sauce is awsome. And like veg broth better, too. G Root "beets" out ginger on this one! Thanks for the recipe!
