arrggg.. Im new to the world of Linux and wondering if someone can help? pleeese!!! i have just installed linux 9.04 & was wondering about this real time kernel thingy and see its on ubuntu studio shoukd i do i re-install to benifit from the media extras it offers or could i just download the software like lmms etc... oh what is a kernal? im a dumb ass i know!!

The new video editor sounds amazing. It's about time Linux got a stable, and solid video editor.

Sorry for not mentioning the name of the project. We participated in the cool mailing list discussion to offer and vote for names, but we werent sure what is the best pronunciation for Lumiera (since it is a fairly new name).
