LoL, classic Hansen! I'll never forget a promo he cut (around this same time) in the middle of the ring one time. He had a wad of chewing tobacco the size of a baseball in his cheek, and while he was screaming and yelling tobacco juice was dribbling out of his mouth, down his chin, and onto his chest! I wish I could find a clip of that!
all u younguns take a lookee here and c where stone cold got his swagger from. i hated larry nelson and couldn't wait 2 c him interview hansen. stan would hit him everytime!!! this is a TRUE legend. randy orton wants 2 b a legend killer, let him go over 2 japan and jump on the badman from borger texas and keep vince out of it. he'll give him an ass wuppin his daddy'll have 2 recover from.
Stan was being on the tour of AJPW when WrestleRock 1986 took place in Minneapolis, MN. He flew there for the event as AWA champ against Nick Bockwinkle and flew back to Japan the next day as PWF champ for the title match against Chosyu Riki. What a tough man Stan!
ol stan could scare you silly, but ol frank godish was a nut..i mean frank never bathed or nothing..he took his character home with him, i think frank was a tad short of a full load, ..stanley was an intelligent person..
@1Lawman104 Frank AKA Bruiser Brody was a very intelligent man. He played his character well. I worked a card or two with Brody and he was a greast guy. It may be true that he'd beat his head on the wall before leaving the dressing room at times, but this was just to work himself up into as frenzy so he could give the fans the match they wanted to see. He played his character to the hile and was very believable in it. He was a wild man who would take no crap from anyone. He was legit tough.
I bet Larry Nelson said "Ahh man" everytime he had to interview Stan Hansen.
