  • It's pronounced KAN-uh-dair, not kanud-AIR. The real plane is manufactured in CANADA...hence Canadair. Thanks

  • 8:04 UFO ? =))=))

  • @HatsuneMikuZero1 WHere at?

  • so i take it ... not enough interest ... i love seaplanes

  • Nice scale like flying.

I've seen guys fly their CL-215 gas jobs so fast you'd swear they were flying pattern, and flying so high you could barely see it. (Nervous flyers) But you did it just right.

  • How much is it?

  • How can I buy this model

  • can this land and/or takeoff good on snow?

  • @mrfourtysevenman have not tested, seems like it will work

  • @mrfourtysevenman Real CL-415 normaly never fly in winter.

  • @QAFtuvok101

i know. they have no defrosting and its hazardous to fly them because ice will form on the wings.

  • Hi, just one big maybe stupid question!!! Just finish to build it...first time I build 2 motors plane...what about rotation??? same or opposite rotation? one clockwise an other anti-clockwise? Thanks a lot!! Diego

  • @diegobobcat Counter-rotating (one clockwise, other anticlockwise) works best to avoid torque pull.

  • @iceman977th Thanks a lot! I built it in that way! thankss!

  • Nice, but I'd rather be waterskiing on that "gIass" water ! ! !

  • very cool plane

    awesome flying

    nice vid

you are livin the dream, baby

  • i want one

  • that is sure leg lake I can see the rose hills cemetery where eazy-e was laid to rest and I see rio hondo college sweet. nice video

  • are you Pete's relative?

    from banana hobby.com?

  • is that leg lake?

  • that camera has a very fast burst mode

  • Seems better than a icon a5

  • There is only a nitro version now?

  • Rough landing

  • does this come in smaller sizes?

  • i want this!

  • beautiful!!!!

  • Look at the nerd taking a bunch of pictures of a stupid plane :P

  • How much duz it cost

  • checked your site would like to know when you plane on getting these planes in stock. and what they cost. please get back to me soon with the info and like always GREAT video and flying.

  • @torinopro422 This was a sample, If we get enough interest we will bring them in

  • @ Mr ROTD you are wrong , It is CL-415 . Not 215 , .that i used to work on back in early 80s , this one CL-415 has turbo prop , as the old one CL-215 was a piston driven .This one was developed by Bombordair , which they took over Canadair ,in 1994 . So To Nitro , dont change it you are Rite .

  • Where is it?

  • AWESOME

  • Why do you call yourself nitro planes if you don't have nitro

  • how much can I get one for? impressive flight!

  • how much can I get one for?

  • is it possible to put nitro engines in it? and it looks like the rc version of sea duck from the cartoon show tale spin

  • Good job Antonino, I noticed you had to really had to fly using the rudder on the turns. Flies much like the Guan-li PBY. I think the motor combo you had flew very realistic in flight. Good Job.

  • oh yeah, what are the specs? Looks to be about a 1400 wingspan?? Length about a meter?

  • the pronunciation of Canadair was wrong, as pointed out but it does represent a CL-415, which is a development of the CL-215. Great looking model. Too cool A must have for sure.

  • How did you mount those Alpha 370 motors to the nacelles? They look like they mount behind the firewall with their X-mount on your website, yet in this video they sit out in front. How did you do that?

    Thanks

  • Antonio is it EPO?

  • Looks pretty good to me. Well flown too. What are the dimensions like wingspan, length, weight as tested with battery and without, etc?

  • Nice model! Landing was a bit lumpy but he got it down in one piece which was good ,Second landing was good .

  • gezz how many guys you got taking Pictures dude..lol

  • I have wanted a model of this plane since I was 8 years old.

  • I would go with a 400 or 480 size motor on that plane. It also seemed just a tad tail heavy too. But for the most part it flew great! ETA on in stock status?

  • that is sooooo cool!!

  • I work at Vallarta Supermarkets, that's where you got that bottled water from

  • i have heard on hobbyking forums that its probably a fragile foam

  • I think in't a little under powered

  • @yuv06 These plane are not meant for speed they use a slow flying prop. Real ones not for speed but to carry a lot of water to bomb fires.

  • Great plane, Hobby King have them listed for $40 plus Parts

  • whats longest fly time on it

  • Cool, what oyu think the Price of this Puppy would be...Very nice i see these at our Airport all the time there are is 1 Stationed here in St Johns Newfoundland,Canada a CL 215 and 2 CL 415's in Gander ,NL . Love watching them take off and land...;0)

  • Do you allow pick up at the warehouse?

  • Tony is it an EPO? She is a beautiful scaled plane.

  • Very cool.

  • Nice Guan Li. Actually called a "radio controlled model airplane".:-)

  • Always nice to see something different from NP! :)

  • Beautiful flight video! I love the way the pilot doesn't talk so much so we get the full effect of the sound of the plane.

  • Definately a cool scale plane....

  • glad to see the kit only, most of the guan li electronics in the catilina wern't good at all, maybe some nice eflite stuff will do good!

  • Nice foamy. I particularly don't like float planes, but my 71 year old neighbor will love it. I will be ordering as soon as you stock it.

  • @pushinold Wow 71?

  • It's Canadian eh!

  • Wow short take off fromj the water nice.

  • c'mon guys, I want to see more landings and take offs on reviews. what is the difference between Canadair and normal planes? This Canadair is floating - more pics on water, more landings and more takeoffs!!!

  • @frestdaggy Canadair is a manufacturer, not a type of aircraft. It's actually called the Bombardier 415 (formally the Canadair CL415) and it's nickname is the 'Superscooper"

  • ya I'd look into it. Although is Guan li 's quality as good as Airfield?

  • I do want one. I've always wanted a sea plane and the cubs with pontoons just does not look fun.

  • Tony wears eye makeup?

  • Ah Tony pitot tubes, not pilot tubes

  • i would be cool if it picked up water to put out tiny fires :)

  • What? it doesn't water bomb? lol Great looking plane, looks very stable during flight

  • What? it doesn't water bomb? lol

  • some crosswind?, what video camera are you guys using.. very good clarity, I am looking to buy a good one.

  • Paparazzi is out in full force I see. :) Pretty sweet looking plane. Nice job on the sticks Antonio.

  • needs more detail it looks a bit chucnky too

  • Nice model and nice flying Antonio

  • Awsome Plane

  • It is a CL-415. Any idea when they will reach your store?

  • @gutboy17 THanks, updated. We are hoping to carry it within 1-2months

  • Canadair is the brand name as in Canada, Ca-Na-Dair. It's a Canadair CL-215 Water Bomber, Please correct your title.

  • @MrROTD thanks, updated

  • @MrROTD CL-415 is the turboprop version, so given the appearance of the nacelles, 415 is correct. The -215 had P&W radial engines.

  • @badoinkbadoink Correct, tought i think some 215s were refitted with turboprops and are designated CL-215T

  • whoah. thats coool

  • Nice
