Yes this is democracy. City Council voted 7 to 0 to demolish the public housing. The City Council is an elected position, active voters/constituents won in majority. (Keep in mind the Majority in New Orleans is Black American) Those who are creating a fuss are from out of town, gilted Caucasians fresh and brain washed from collaged and people who make a career out of claiming police brutality and taking a city to court.
