@SilkeWay no need of handstand.. there is a better way to start doing this.. i might make a video one day. i still cant do a wall filp by my self, dont have enough time to practice, but u need 2 good friends to help u do this. face the wall, and let ur 2 friends be next to you, grab their solders, and they should put their hands on your back, just under your shoulders, so when u kick the wall, they will help you do a flip, and not brake something like the dude who commented this vid. practice.
