Master Choi Jung Hwa is such a great teacher. His instruction is clear and concise. I have to admit that it sent shivers down my spine watching him execute the middle block. Perfect form and technique.

The student does the sinewave wrong

@TKDslinger the sine wave is thoroughly useless,it cant be applied in any practical setting,hip twist is a natural motion used in all power sports.Jung hwa is a far better instructor than his father and way more open minded,much better for the art.

@scarred10 The student makes the mistake that he does not go down at the beginning of the movement. This is a common mistake

@TKDslinger thats why the sine wave is useless,youd never have time to drop down first.It was mistake for the general to waste everyones time with it.The general knew nothing about either power generation or combat
