SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea, facing international sanction for its nuclear test this week, has restarted a plant that makes bomb-grade plutonium, a South Korean newspaper reported on Wednesday.
Pyongyang also appeared to have fired off a third short-range missile late on Tuesday after it added to tensions with a launch of two others earlier in the day, the South's Yonhap news agency quoted a unnamed government source as saying.

원래 실험을 할때는 결과는 이미 예상하고 하는겁니다. 단지 실험을 통해 그게 틀린지 맞는지를 확인하는거죠.
이미 실험 전에 자기의 가설을 구상해놓고서 하니까 가설단계에서부터 과학자들끼리 언쟁이 생기는겁니다.
