That was at Gateway International Speedway in St. Louis... not sure what the elevation is..... not too high though. I'm in Utah now.... NO WAY could run that quick.
that was a very solid launch. i drive the a similar car (vf39 06 tr, silvery color), and ive been wondering about the prospective 1/4 mile times. what numbers are you putting down and on what kind of dyno?
I've never actually had it dyno'd. That run (12.98 @ 105) was on Cobb's OTS VF-39, 93 octane map. I think THEIR dyno rates it at 362 engine hp, or 290 wheel hp. Granted, I had very little gas in the tank (less weight), the stock wheels (less weight), and the spare tire removed (less weight).. but I'm happy with the results. I've since then added an SPT intake (that run was on the stock intake with a K&N drop-in), so I hope to run better next time.
thats crazy, cuz my car only put down around 250 awhp on a mustang dyno protuned with the vf39, helix top mount, and full turboback (91 octane tho). differences in dynos are huge it would seem. i doubt the intake will help your times much, but a protune could easily put another 30hp at the wheels if not more, and for only a few hundred.
nice run man..im thinking about getting a vf39 for my car too. hopefully i can run somewhere close to that.

The Camaro ran a mid 14 if I recall.... not too bad all things considered.... He did kinda botch the launch though.

Good driving--LOL Plus, the help of an Autometer DPSS stage 2 digital tach/shift light. That thing is worth it's weight in gold.
