@Stabsnipers The reason the history channel won't have a follow up is that they can't answer these claims because the original show, based upon the work of Popular Mechanics, did nothing to answer the questions in the first place. I have shown the history channel myths show in my history class and my freshmen come away saying, "They didn't really answer the questions. The "experts" just kept saying 'it's impossible or it simply can't happen' ."
They focus on WTC7 for too long, everyone knows and the government admitted that they demolished that building. It was already evacuated upon detonation.
Hence the focus of this video should be more geared toward WTC1&2 collapses.

The reason the bomb sniffing dogs were removed from the towers and the reason for the unprecedented cable / fiber optics crews working around the clock prior 911 give the access to these demolition teams. As far as whether I believe 9/11 was an inside job or not, I am a little in between, Although, there seems to be more evidence leaning towards that it was an inside job, I just can't say for sure, because there are architectural and engineering experts standing by both sides of the story.
Newtons laws don't take sides. The free fall acceleration of WTC 7 means that all the supporting structure on 7 floors was removed with some form of explosives and/or incendiaries.
@jreily88 The first thing you need to do is stop looking to support what the government goons are telling you. Three buildings fell on 911 within hours of each other. All suspiciously look just like controlled demolitions we have been seeing for years. And one building wasn’t even hit by an airplane. You actually believe that these buildings fell simply by coincidence. If so you need to start buying many lottery tickets.
Again, I'm not trying to take the side of the government, I am just saying what I have been told by a fire safety inspector. Many conspiracy theorists try to point out that the towers shouldn't have fallen straight down, but they don't take into account the design of the towers. Most high rise buildings use a web column design, the towers did not. In the meantime, I will do more research and perhaps mention it to my professor.
It's not that they fell straight down or he fact that there was a collapse of some kind. It is the lack of force on the upper part of the structure. The laws of physics state that part of the force acting downward be transferred upward and considering the higher and smaller parts of both buildings were the weakest because of damage, they would have disintegrated before a full collapse. Hit a ball with a cue ball, does force slow or change the cues momentum?

Go to debunking911(dot)com. It's a good site, I think, that actually goes into the scientific details of some of the claims conspiracy theorists have, including wtc7, thermite, and even the alleged explosions that many people heard.
That "debunking" site is bunk. Don't let others do your thinking for you. Evaluate the evidence for yourself. Start by understanding the physics of the 100 feet of free fall acceleration of WTC 7 instead of subject shifting to the Trade Towers.

Okay, but here's the problem. Now I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, but although the twin towers were indeed the first buildings to ever come down due to a fire, they were ALSO the first buildings to have ever been hit by an airplane. When engineers are designing a new building, they test it for natural disasters such as tornadoes, earthquakes, and hurricanes...NOT AIRPLANES!!! Also, the twin towers were designed unlike any other high rise as well.

Well then. maybe it's something worth mentioning to my fire safety inspection instructor, who originally told me that it was because of the fire that the buildings fell, and that they fell like they did because they weren't designed like other buildings. Also, the towers did not fall it free fall speed. There is a sound clip that shows it took one of the towers more than 15 seconds to fall.

If ever there was a more efficient, unbiased constituted, & combined array of experts in all fields, this movie is IT!!!!!! As a retired engineer I have always felt that how the towers came down just looked like a demolition job - the question I would like answered is that in 1945 a B-25 bomber hit the 78th floor of the Empire state building causing considerable damage, but the building did not collapse so why did these three buildings collapse ?

Great video. Now that there has been time to review and study what happened on 911, I think it's becoming pretty clear what actually happened that day. The decision to attack was met with strong opposition both internationally and from within the US. On the other hand, the Afghanistan war was, at the time, supported by most NATO member countries, including Canada, because of it's tie to 9/11.

Their is no conspiracy here. Sure, they lied, as many world leaders and politicians do to gain more support. They might have mentionned terrorism and 9/11 a few times in speeches denouncing Iraq, but that's rhetoric 101, you can't fault there. @funkyradbomtrack The fact they fell at 2/3 the rate of gravity means the building gave only 1/3 its weight in resistance. If the building were so poorly built that when it fell it only gave a 1/3 of its own weight in resistance then it wouldn't have stood up during construction as it would require a resistance greater than 1x its own weight. The minimum a structure must be able to carry by standards is 3 x its own weight. 90% of resistance has been removed, too much for a construction flaw
@bigscore And for the record, no, I don't have blind faith in our governments. I think most people have descent enough intentions, but money is a strong corrupting factor in any system. Thankfully, it is getting increasingly harder to act in a totally confidential manner. Actually prosecuting a powerful person or organization is another issue.

Executing something like this would be such a massive undertaking and covering it up would have to be an issue. You can't just sweep something like this under the rug. I have shown the history channel myths show in my history class and my freshmen come away saying, "They didn't really answer the questions. As far as whether I believe 9/11 was an inside job or not, I am a little in between, Although, there seems to be more evidence leaning towards that it was an inside job, I just can't say for sure, because there are architectural and engineering experts standing by both sides of the story.

Again, I'm not trying to take the side of the government, I am just saying what I have been told by a fire safety inspector. Many conspiracy theorists try to point out that the towers shouldn't have fallen straight down, but they don't take into account the design of the towers. Most high rise buildings use a web column design, the towers did not. In the meantime, I will do more research and perhaps mention it to my professor.

It's not that they fell straight down or he fact that there was a collapse of some kind. It is the lack of force on the upper part of the structure. The laws of physics state that part of the force acting downward be transferred upward and considering the higher and smaller parts of both buildings were the weakest because of damage, they would have disintegrated before a full collapse. Hit a ball with a cue ball, does force slow or change the cues momentum?

Okay, but here's the problem. Now I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, but although the twin towers were indeed the first buildings to ever come down due to a fire, they were ALSO the first buildings to have ever been hit by an airplane. When engineers are designing a new building, they test it for natural disasters such as tornadoes, earthquakes, and hurricanes...NOT AIRPLANES!!! Also, the twin towers were designed unlike any other high rise as well.

Well then. maybe it's something worth mentioning to my fire safety inspection instructor, who originally told me that it was because of the fire that the buildings fell, and that they fell like they did because they weren't designed like other buildings. Also, the towers did not fall it free fall speed. There is a sound clip that shows it took one of the towers more than 15 seconds to fall.

As a retired engineer I have always felt that how the towers came down just looked like a demolition job - the question I would like answered is that in 1945 a B-25 bomber hit the 78th floor of the Empire state building causing considerable damage, but the building did not collapse so why did these three buildings collapse ?

one thing makes me wonder... who are those 101 ppl who disliked this video? and why they did it... i got a friend, well educated 30y and few times we talked about it... and nothing seems to convince him... simply a state of denial... he dont even want to listen about it. Like many ppl around... and THEY ARE 1000% sure that they are right. I bet 99% if not 100% of those dislikes are made by people who didnt even watch 10min of a movie.

Great video. Now that there has been time to review and study what happened on 911, I think it's becoming pretty clear what actually happened that day. People that ignore evidence and refuse to take a second look are probably the same people that don't "believe" in evolution. It's science! You can't pick and choose when and where the laws of physics apply. They are universal and undeniable.

I still don't know about this. We don't have all the evidence (most was removed very quickly). Hard to believe the Government would commit a crime of this magnitude then cover it up.

I've gotten so caught up in the conspiracy theory the last 4 years and keep finding more and more evidence of conspiracy that i just cant believe in a terrorist act any more, and im pretty much convinced it was an inside job. But im going to keep on trying to find a compelling act of terrorism, but i really don't think it's going to happen, the math, the evidence and the science just don't add up, and im almost fully convinced.

@bigscore Absolutely not. You were talking about WMDs and the war in Iraq which did not have anything to do with 9/11. The decision to attack was met with strong opposition both internationally and from within the US. On the other hand, the Afghanistan war was, at the time, supported by most NATO member countries, including Canada, because of it's tie to 9/11.

they used 9/11as a scare tactic to go to war with Iraq and FALSELY stated that Sadaam had WMD's when they knew that he didn't....
WMD's = another 9/11 is the picture that they painted to justify the war and in doing so they got thousands of american troops killed under false pretense...
and even if you dont think that it had nothing to do with 9/11 Bush still lied about the WMD's...Why??? that in itself means its a conspiracy of some sort which caused lives on both sides..

Their is no conspiracy here. Sure, they lied, as many world leaders and politicians do to gain more support. They might have mentionned terrorism and 9/11 a few times in speeches denouncing Iraq, but that's rhetoric 101, you can't fault there. The evidence they gave the public was extremely weak at best and, as I mentioned before, it was denounced by a large portion of the general public and certainly by the educated class. Unfortunately, they had enough momentum to move forward...

You don't know what the word "conspiracy " means - a secret plan or arrangement between two or more people to commit an illegal or subversive act.
Starting a war based on a pack of lies about WMD's is an illegal act, to put it mildly. And you don't find fault with that?

@chrissarns Thank you for the lesson. Fortunately, I'm educated enough to know what a conspiracy is. Perhaps it didn't come across that way in my comment, I was talking about the present time since @bigscore made his point using the present tense. In other words, it's been proven for quite a while that Bush and his team had wildly embellished reports on Iraq to gain public support, which many had speculated. It's no secret.

Even though this conspiracy is a matter of public record and 5 thousand American soldiers have died because of it, they have not been charged with the crime of starting a war based on a pack of lies. That tells us that the current government is complicit in the conspiracy by not charging them

no discussion in this about the possibility of the building contractors not following the engineering specs given to them in the first place.
if the buildings were substandard it might give a different perspective on all this!
shortcuts for profiteering in construction are par for the course.
Im not saying this is the case but in this film they talk about science hypotheses but never discuss how this could be fatally compromise any structure!

@funkyradbomtrack The fact they fell at 2/3 the rate of gravity means the building gave only 1/3 its weight in resistance. If the building were so poorly built that when it fell it only gave a 1/3 of its own weight in resistance then it wouldn't have stood up during construction as it would require a resistance greater than 1x its own weight. The minimum a structure must be able to carry by standards is 3 x its own weight. 90% of resistance has been removed, too much for a construction flaw

@bigscore And for the record, no, I don't have blind faith in our governments. I think most people have descent enough intentions, but money is a strong corrupting factor in any system. Thankfully, it is getting increasingly harder to act in a totally confidential manner. Actually prosecuting a powerful person or organization is another issue.

I was just a boy when JFK was assassinated and I couldn't believe how they covered it up with the Magic Bullet theory.. since then I find it hard to swallow anything south of the border.. @Myaucat Secondly, as far as I'm aware, only a small group of engineers and architects agree with the controlled demolition theory. Executing something like this would be such a massive undertaking and covering it up would have to be an issue. You can't just sweep something like this under the rug. Evidence would be pouring from all sides for all to see. Especially in this day and age of mass communication.
