  • Oh Howie you are one lucky guy. Not only are you in warm Cuba but seeing all those old cars that are and have been on the road since they were new and still going strong, wow. Hey if you see a Maverick or a Comet please please make a video of it. I would be thrilled. I'm pretty sure that a Maverick over there would be too new but you might see a 1960 and later Comet. Have fun hunting for more classics.

  • @Comrick317 It is nice seeing these old cars regardless of where one is, but sunshine and palm trees do help the spirits very much.It is really a thing to see how these cars are kept on the road and with what is at hand. These folks make windshields and other glass as needed for the cars just to name something. 1960 and up is oh so rare but I always have my eyes open for interesting stuff. Trouble is, there is so much interesting, I have to think fast and focus on a particular car at one time.

  • oh how i envy you my good friend

  • @LordKorlik I hope some day you too can travel to these lands where time has stood still for old car fanciers. There are so many yet that have not been seen, they keep popping up everywhere on in the area.
