Pacific Sea Otter Spotting on Monterey's Del Monte Beach

I was born in Monterey, ca and lived there for years now live in Reno, NV I ran the Del Monte Beach everyday for five years I have seen, Seals, Great White Sharks, Killer Whales and otters, The cutest otter incident I ever saw on that beach I was running about half way down near Seaside and there was a woman tanning on a towel and otter came up on the shore and tugged on the towel she stood up and the otter went into the water with it. It was one of the cutest things I've seen on that beach.
