Lose the glasses, or replaced them with clear ones. You need to make eye contact with the audience otherwise people just won't connect with the characters.
The guy on the left can't hold a cup correctly. I don't know if this intentionally but it is annoying and doesn't add to the humour. The rotund one on the right should work more on the his gay impersonation. Sit closer together. Theres too much white space inbetween which disconnects the 'confiding' dialogue. Focus more on your ugliness too.
