I recall the original's exposing capitalist front groups such as the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and some others who in recent times have surfaced as the so-called "Libertarian Movement". Today, the paleo-conservative movement, very popular on the Internet, reflects its origins in anti-Roosevelt reaction. Roosevelt himself, although socially liberal, was one of capitalism's greatest allies. He was the U.S. Perón.
