  • magic song, i love this song

  • still love this song. perfect !!!!

  • Now why does it not exist any recorded live version from the synchronicity tour of this one? I can't find one anywhere!

  • @RafeDaFuck i saw them 4 times on that tour, and they only played it once, on the first leg of that tour, in cleveland. i'll never know why.

  • @jgcecil Thank you so much! It has always been one of the greatest The police "mysteries" to me. Did it sound similar to this at Cleveland? I have always found the synchronicity tour to be the most fresh in sound and arangement of the old tours.. I'm a bit curious;)

  • @RafeDaFuck their arrangements of individual songs for the tour were very consistent, but they did keep the playlist freshened. cleveland was early in the tour, and they were really energetic. (they had on the post apocalyptic-style costumes from the synchronicity video for most of the tour) i always wished i would have seen them earlier in their careers, before areas and stadiums.

  • @giako I dig his playing style, very unique!

  • Sting is so pretty young =))

  • I love Stewart Copeland

  • Jogaram uma bola no Andy Summers kkkkkkkkkk

  • My favorite song by The Police- Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic- and probably my favorite live performance.... music was so much better then.

  • Mítico Fuck Off You de Stewart Copeland

  • Ghost In The Machine was best ever Police album ... from A to Z ... i am sure that it's gonna go down in history of POP music as one of the Best Albums of XX century ... Amazing Work ... all the way.

  • @Ziggy84x it's from the dvd : The Police Live Ghost In The Machine, for example available on amazon! (:

  • dude where did u get this video...THANK YOU!

  • I don't think they ever liked playing this song live. I only heard them play it once and they never played it after this tour.

  • lol i love sting's bass in this! Its a steinberger if you dont know, interesting body

  • Even in a place that huge, Stewart Copeland left no doubt where the beat was. He had amazing clarity, crisp as a bullwhip.

  • @owlcu Crisper than a canny bag o Tudor!

  • Andy Summers, el mejor bailarín del rock!!!!!!!!

  • All three were virtuosos in their own right. Combine that musicianship with Sting's writing and you have magic.

  • Sting was gorgeous and he would like good in a pair of dirty old ripped up sweat pants.

  • My wife and I were at this gig, but at the time we hadnt met yet. I was 20 she was 14. Great gig happy memories. U2 were awesome that day

what did Sting think when he chose those trousers? but, jeez, what a voice!!

  • he still wears these pants upto now...

  • @WhiteWolfDief Sting is always sexy even with these awful trousers (which was fashioned in 82 if I remember right) lol

  • he he, soyonnaise, I never stated anything different. ; )

  • @WhiteWolfDief sure !

  • @WhiteWolfDief ants in his pants

  • @WhiteWolfDief Well, he thought "Hey, I'm Sting, and I need to look as ridiculous as I possibly can." He did the same thing for the synchronicity tour, ha.

  • I was at this concert. I had just turned 20 years old. The bands there were in order: The Gang of Four, The English Beat, U2, and of course The Police as the headliner. All 4 bands absolutely KILLED !! I was 5 feet from the stage all day. 26 years later, and it is still one of the greatest day of my life.

  • awesome

  • I think it sounds fine with just the 3 of them, but Andy's guitar has to be cranked up just to the right amount to fill the space.

  • is this concert on DVD ?

  • yes look on amazon or ebay in the movies/videos section. Just search police gateshead and it should come up

  • this is a nice performance of the song, it sounded excellent on the reunion tour in vancouver as well.

  • I read that they dropped this song after this tour because it missed the keyboards. Sounds fine to me and it sounded great on the reunion tour as well.

  • Just saw their concert recenently! And they sure kick ass!!!

  • The Police were a dominating and unstoppable band around this time. Ghost in the Machine was a Great Police album eventhough they were not getting along.Great album-Great performance.

  • a sentimental song in a bad way

  • There's the Beatles and Sting that's english music and it's the best. hail Sting and paul and john ,,,and the beautiful musicians they attracted

  • a sound that can never be matched...ever...brilliant..

  • Fucking awesome! The Greatest Trio in history, hands down.

  • Andy Summers has some moves!

  • Freakin awsome!
