@BasketBallfilms247 if the yellow colours are in those exact positions, these will always work to make them all on top - the cube won't always be solved, but sometimes you will be lucky enough to skip PLL with this.
i know 18 PLL and 8 or 9 OLL, when I finish with the G perms and others like N, Y, F and V ill come back and learn OLL, ive learned already the rest of the PLL's :)
Do you use these algs yourself or do you use something else that you think is faster? Just because these are easy to learn doesn't mean they are the fastest to preform.
at the first part of your video when you do the F R U, etc. alg, does it matter what the other colors of the other parts that are not yellow on top. Or do they have to come from a solved rubik's cube?
for the last 2 in the first section it would be easier to do a y2 then do the same alg but make the F and F' moves f and f' moves and you would need to do the trigger less
Wait, are the algorithms supposed to make the cross or solve the entire layer because when you performed the algorithms you always ended with a solved cube.
@N0rmad Ok, that was kind of a dumb question since in the 3rd example you already have a cross. The reason I asked it however was because I was doing that one algorithm various times but the end result was not the same as the one shown in the video which is a solved cube.
I don't like (U R U' R'). It doesn't feel natural to me. As an alternative for those last two, I prefer to hold it upside down, then perform f (R U R' U') f' and f (R U R' U') (R U R' U') f' .
Lol , i knew Y perm already and i didn't even know haha

Nice describing how to do those algorithms.

wait does this work every time my cube has the yellow color in any of those positions?

for the other oll similar to the 3rd one, couldn't you just do Fw R U R' U' Fw' F R U R' U' F'?
uyneb2000 3 months ago
@uyneb2000 that's the one I use I was about to post that, imo it's a lot easier

On 6:27 you wrote R instead of r.

you should write the sequence down

im using LanceTheBlueKnight's algorithm for the triple sune(diagonal)
but even though its not 2 gen I find it much faster it takes a maximum of 2.5sec when I do it and the way you move you fingers dosent slow you down
you hold it so you have one (bad) corner facing you, and the other one facing right: and you do: x U R' U' L U R U' r'
jbunit2 1 year ago
Also, 4 of the first 5 cases have reflections, so there's more free algs.
mynameisdarthtater 1 year ago
they are easy, but to remember the case itself is hard though

Hey it's sooo confusing . Most people do r and r' on left and most do on the right . That is just stupid.

Well, how much do you know about the fridrich system?
After OLL, you have PLL.
I just set it up to be solved to ilustrate something.
theWestonian 2 years ago
You probably should have used cases that didn't end up in a completely solved cube.
oOBNOo 2 years ago 5
@oOBNOo thats because he does the algs backwards to get to that example

@oOBNOo why?
