just romantic!!! I live in savannah georgia and when we go downtown all the people ride around with there loud music well us parrot heads ride with our buffet or marley playing.but we get our guiatrs out and jam out to this

The song is about whatever you want it to be. Life, death, love, leaving - of a person, place, or time. Looking backward while looking forward. With regrets, but no remorse. Enjoy the song, you can love it for the mood. May your own empirical understanding of the lyrics be on the far, far side of the moontime.

@doublec9697 Its Jimmy Buffett, it doesn't really need to be about anything. Many of his songs are best if you take your own meaning from them.

this is such a special song. our savannah died last year, at 14 years old. if ever i find the courage to spread her ashes this is one of the songs we will play.
