Lol You're right and wrong: They're not lip-synching BUT The owner of this video used CD version of Magia to overdub their voices. Type in kalafina Magia live on the search bar and you can hear what they actually sounded like

Sounds like they are lip synching. They sound exactly like the CD version. On the other hand, compare Mezame LIVE to the recorded version...the voices sound VERY different due to the microphones.

Here it sounds exactly the same.
