  • @Successbound1

Thanks man - definitely expand your limits for sure...there are virtually none if you keep at it! I appreciate the comment.

  • Good job bro! Kinda funny how you picked the song "taking it easy", considering you really are taking it easy for this workout, a break from the heavy stuff

  • @PowerlifterTy16

Yeah...kind of funny how that worked out, huh? Could be because I thought the song fit the theme of the workout...

    Thanks for the comment.

  • @bomdigi1

  • What does the @ 8 mean?

  • @HomeGymFitness

It's an RTS rating system that basically tells how hard the set was to complete, also known as RPE's (Rate of Perceived Exertion). So, @10 means it was an all-out max, @9 means 1 rep left in the tank, @8 means 2-4 reps left, and @7 is usually speed work.

  • what does the "@8" mean?

  • Comment removed

  • @michaelzwarszawy its like a gauge at how hard the set is on a scale to 10, so like a 1rm og a really hard set where you dont have another rep in you at the end is "@10", if that made any sence to you :)
