the second chord you teach is wrong... the correct way to play it is exactly like the first chord except you drop your G string down one fret from 9 to 8.... just listen to the song and I rest my case

The capo (little black thing)?

You don't need it, it's not important at all to playing this song.

Just tune the guitar to Eb standard.

You can play it in E standard too. It doesn't matter, just changes the key its in.

hey buddy, its an acoustic, i have it tuned to half step down tuning, and then you dont barre, you leave the bottom two strings open to get that sweet sound

as you can see, when the song is played there is no capo on the guitar, placing a capo on the first fret and tuning to standard will cause your guitar to be in half step down tuning when you removed the capo
