  • Pretty good Chris, however there are at least several main variations more which you haven't include, therefore I'm a little disappointed. But really liked the one with the pull up grip, nice and well controlled.

  • The one with the pull up handposition is the sickest move, I 've ever seen in my entire life.

  • Dude, stop swinging into your mucle ups, u will need to work harder thus get stronger. Also ur lower downs on the low pole, muscle back up from that posistion

  • @Graftin2006 For the lower downs, they were to demonstrate a good progressional training exercise for the muscle up.. working the same muscles in the opposite range of motion.

    As for using a small swing, it's more efficient and easier to demonstrate for the purpose of this video.

    There's an old video of his where he does a slow, strict muscle up on a fat bar - he's got the strength.

    Sorry, but I feel the need to defend this guy, as he's one of my favourite pk dudes to watch on youtube.
