My only issue with what Owen said is the "to lose weight you need to eat a clean diet of fruits and vegetables". That simply isn't true, because you can eat clean and still gain weight. All you really need to be healthy is to lift heavy shit, do some cardio and eat sufficient mirco and macro nutrients.
