The one on the right had a tender and moist meaty taste like KFC original chicken, and the one on the left had a crispy shell. The tase was the same because the seasoning was the same. I'm try this because no one had done it and I was in the mood for the challenge.
i cooked 5 min after pressure build up and let cool and yes you do have to be careful when using regular pressure cooker. drop heat to mid not to low as a simmer and you should watch for any leaks. if you have to much oil it will loosing the rubber seal.

how long did you cook in the pressure cooker. I also think you need to advise people to VERY careful using a regular pressure cooker.
