  • My Boy Is In The Blue Angels! KICK ASS CHRIS!

  • I love the beginning with the F-4 Phantom, A-10, F-86 Sabre(lead aircraft), and I think F-15 if I am wrong correct me then

  • @deepabyssx1 , omg me too that's awesome, A-10 is my favorite plane, be cooler if they had like an F-22 or something though

  • Thank you very much indeed, but I hope you won't mind a comment: I would rather listen to the engines than the dubbed in music.

  • this video makes me feel good inside

  • What a load of Bollocks

    Get a grip you lot

  • even when they takeoff it's exciting

i have to see the blue angels live...

also sorry to hear about Belle, that's quite a good lifespan for a dog (i think)

  • i really really want to be a Blue Angel more than anything in the world!

  • I'm saddened to learn of the passing of Belle. I lost Brandy, my little princess on May 3, 2006.

  • AMAZING !°!!!!

  • Thanks! Thank you so much for watching.:)

  • Hi,

Great video. I was touched by your tribute to Belle. We recently lost our angel, Sparky, too, so I can really understand how you feel. Thanks for sharing. -Mikey2

  • Hi, I'm so sorry for your loss as well. It's hard to lose a pet/family member under such tradgic circumstances. Thanks so much for the nice comment and for watching the vids.

    Take care.:)

  • very cool, i sure wish i was there =P

  • It was awesome! New video from the 2008 show posting now!

  • was that an F-4 phantom at the beginning? some real old school metal!

  • lol, I guess I dated myself with the song choice.

Yes, I beleive that is a Phantom jet, an awesome jet for it's time.:)

    Thanks for watching!

  • what is the artist of this song?

  • Sammy Hagar. From the movie "Heavy Metal" soundtrack.:)

    Thanks for watching!

  • fat albert DOES use minture jets to take off .

  • Yes, they use JATO, (Jet Assisted Take-Off). It's a BIG airplane and they need the extra lift.:)

    Thanks for watching!

  • It's RATO (rocket assisted take off)

  • Cool, I've always seen it refered to as JATO in the show programs, but rockets work for me as well.:)

  • i think the blues look funny in yellow flight suits

  • You rarely get to see them in their "dress gold" uniforms. This was a special anniversary show.

    Thanks for watching.:)

  • actually i have seen them in yellow flight suits

  • Yeah, if you go to the shows on a regular basis you'll see them in gold more often. This was the first time I've seen them wearing it in several years.

    Thanks again.:)

  • Not for me, but, whatever floats ya boat!HA

  • we named our art studio after them

  • How dool! I'll have to check it out. I love photographing them. Getting all set to go to the show on the beach. Hope to have more video soon.

    Thanks for watching my vid.:)

  • They don't do JATO anymore.:( Now, they did use it at this show, I just wasn't in a good spot to get it on film. Someone's head got in the way.lol

    Thanks for watching.:)

  • The Blue Angels performed the JATO assisted take off at the 2007 McConnell AFB Show. They only perform the JATO assisted take off at a select few air shows during their season. This could be a possible reason why you didn't see it ;) enjoy

  • I made a tribute video for LT Kevin Davis as well. please look at my memorial montage for him in my video section and leave a comment if you choose. thank you

  • amazing!!

  • Thanks!

    I appreciate you watching.:)

  • From Spain I would say that Blue Angels are the best pilot of the World. My congratulations for them. Ramon V.

    Thanks for watching.

  • i wanna be a blue angel one day

  • You go for it! I wish you success. The Blues are definitely role models.

    Thanks for watching.:)

  • They come to the Gary / Chicago Airport every year and are a part of a 10 million dollar air show that can be seen and heard for 30 miles in all directions!!!

They are th highlight of the summer!

  • I bet they are! Wow, I'd love to see that show in person. Maybe, if I ever get out that way, I will.:) We're looking forward toi the big show on the beach next month here in P'cola. I'll try to get some new video of them if we're able to go.

  • man this metal is so fucking heavy it makes lamb of god seem like christan bible groups

  • I don't think Sammy would appreciate that.

Oh! Learn to spell, you won't look so stupid the next time you post a comment.:)

  • you should hear my brother's band

  • I'd love to! Send me a vid, or link to one.:)

  • lol @ heavy metal

  • The aircraft seen here are VERY HEAVY because they're mostly constructed of metal, and, the song in the video is called "Heavy Metal". DUH!!!!

  • damn i would have never guessed that airplanes were made of metal. and what a little pussy band naming there song heavy metal. they suck ass i swear to god i think that even guns and roses are better than them.

  • Who's in NJROTC and looks forward to meetin the Angels every year!?!

  • Well, I look forward to seeing the Blues each year, but, I'm too old for NJROTC. If I were 20 years younger though!:)

    Thanks for watching.

  • the F-18 Hornets mostly always take the show, but i still love the Thunderbolt II

  • I love them all!

    Thanks for watching.:)

  • If I'm right, the first four in formation was an old Sabre at the lead, an F-4E Phantom II at the left wing, an F-15 Eagle at the Right wing, and an A-10 Thunderbolt II.

  • Absolutely correct! They are all awesome aircraft. I love the A10, they always put on a spectacular performance, as does the Sabre jet.

    Thanks for watching.:)

  • Thanks for the nice words, and yes, to answer your ?, Fat Albert is indeed a C-130 Hercules. They always put on a perfect show!

    Thanks for watching too.:)

  • I actually got a chance to met the Blue Angels at this show, It was a beautiful weekend.

  • How cool! I hope we can hang out long enough after the show next year to get a few autographs on the show program. Of course next year there'll be a new Blue Angels team. BTW, thanks for subscribing!:)

I am going to try to go to the beach show this year. I hope to get more video soon.

  • First off, May Belle Rest In Peace. Second, perfect video. Third, is Fat Albert a C-130 Hercules? Looked like a C-130 Hercules.

  • what did they say?

  • Well I am in CAP so we mostly talked about that but I only took a picture with them the plane and talked for like two minutes. At the MicGuire airshow I will have a chance to meet the Thunderbirds.

  • It was a great show! Weather was perfect, can't wait for the next one, love the Blues.

    Thanks for watching!:)

  • The photography is awesome and of course the Blue Angels are always Great.

  • No, a C-130 Hercules

  • How stupid of me, I see now, the C-47 is a much older design... :)

  • Hi, yes Fat Albert is a C-130 Hercules.

I will have the whole performance posted later.

    Thanks for watching!:)

  • You´ve got some awesome shots of the jets! I was also very impressed by the big transport aircraft - was it a C-47?

  • Hi! Sorry it took me so long to reply. The large transport is a C-130. Known as "Fat Albert", they're the Blue Angels support team. I'll have the whole performance posted soon!

    Take care.:)

  • Hi, well I replied to this but it hasn't shown up.:(

I'm glad you liked the video!

The big one is a C-130 cargo plane, the Blues support team.

  • But it did show up here! :) No problem, sometimes it takes I while, so don´t worry to soon.

  • But it did show up here! :) No Problem, sometimes it takes some time, so don´t worry too soon.

  • Finally, it posted!lol I don't know why the comments are so slow to post sometimes. Maybe large volume of traffic? :)

    I hope you are well!

  • I have had an opportunity to salute these guys when I was in the Navy, not the same ones of course, that was 21 years ago. They got out of this long black car with their winter sweaters on,in the middle of summer. This was a practice run and they did some stuff that I am sure they shouldn't have.I think if I stood on a ladder and reached up I could have rubbed the belly of their aircraft. This was great footage and the music was super. Thanks for not using the danger zone theme from top gun.

  • They are truely spectacular! I love the fighter jets, I had an opportunity to see the USAF Thunderbirds and the Blues fly together back in '97' at the 50th anniversary show at Eglin, AFB. It was great! Unfortunately, I didn't have a video camera and, I lost the roll of film I shot with a still camera.lol Oh well.

Wow, go Navy, what did you do while serving? My dad was Airforce. We have friends and relatives still serving.

    Thanks for watching!:)

  • Logistics.I sat at desk and wrote computer programs, very boring, but that's what they wanted me to do.Back then programming was a bit more complicated,we didn't have Windows to help us out, everything had to be done the hard way.

  • woot u showed two awsome jets A-10 Warthog and what looked like two F-17s ! awsome

  • They're all awesome aircraft. Yes, there was an A-10, F-86 Sabre jet, and the newer FA-18 Super Hornet you see flying together in the "Heritage Flight" formation. Showing 4 generations of fighters.

The Blues fly the FA-18 Super Hornet.

    Thanks for watching!

  • The Blue Angels do not fly the Super Hornet, they fly the old model, the A/B models

  • Yes, you are correct. I was referring to the one seen at the beginning of the video, during the "Heritage Flight". It was introduced as a Super Hornet.

The Blues fly regular F-18C/Bs during their performances. Sorry, guess I should've been more specific. I'll have more video from the show soon featuring more aircraft.

    Thanks for watching:)

  • Thats not an FA-18 Super Hornet. Thats the F-15 Eagle...Just to clarify.

  • Hi! The jet in the "Heritage Flight" at the very beginning may be an Eagle, but, the one seen later demonstrating the "push/pull" maneuver is a Super Hornet. I have the full performance, posting it ASAP. Check it out!:)

    Thanks for watching.

  • Yeah man i agree with you there just wanted to clarify to the other comment..the jet in the heritage flight is an F-15 Eagle...Good movie

  • Thanks for the ID. We were late getting there and missed the first of it, therefore, I missed the intro to this performance and the program was'nt specific either. It was a great show! I'm trying to upload the super hornet's performance now.

    Thanks again!:)
