Itunes keeps fucking up my music's artwork! I've spend hours just to get all my fucking songs in order!!! I also hate the fact that you cant transfer songs directly from your ipod to your computer using this shit program. btw it's slow as fuck which is pathetic considering the type of computer I'm using.

I use Copytrans Manager to add my music illegally, obviously, fuck buying music. So I go to iTunes to fix some glitches that sbeen happening, I know not to Synchronize or ALL my music will be gone. So after a bit it usually is fixed, so I think, i'm gonna click the eject button. So I do, and this motherfucker DELETES ALL MY MUSIC? I'm trying to recover it all, but Apple just make all music on iPod protected, WHEN ITS NO THEIRS! SO THEY R JUST SCREWING US ALL OVER!!! I GOTTA GET IT ALL AGAIN!FUCK

I tried to put a single MPEG-4 movie onto my iPhone 4S and instead it deleted all my music, and videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! + It crashes from doing NOTHING 95% of the time!! Was it so hard just to make folders where you put music,videos,apps and etc???? I HATE IT SO MUCH!!!

iTunes is utter shit, always needs updated with some garbage for the store and it always crashes upon opening at least once a day. Stupid iPod, thank fuck I don't use it that often.
iTunes does suck. But why would you put yourself through this torture of dragging songs manually when you can just sync checked songs or playlists? The one problem I have never had with iTunes is getting the right songs onto my iPod.

Windows Media Player 11 on Vista is so much better than Itunes. Though I know this doesn't help ipod situations, it's just that WMP 11 is better looking and faster. I also like the UI more and the media management. I do have an ipod and have itunes on another computer but the UI on itunes is annoying. There should be a separate list pane for when you connect your ipod. WMP 11 does this right (not ipod compatible of course). Besides, itunes is not exactly reliable on Windows computers.

Best thing happened to my gf yesterday, we're using the same pc but she prefers using itunes. Well i gave away my old external drive to my friend, copied all songs to my new 2TB drive. Do you think itunes can cope with this? NO! NO FUCKING SONGS THERE! Added it all again, still some songs missing they just won't add! Apple is fucking bullshit, also yesterday: ipod still plugged in, BIOS won't load. WTF?!
The iPod seems to do all sorts of weird shit when it's already plugged in. I never plug it in until after the computer is booted up and after I load up iTunes.

@TokiThor People still buy music these days? Do yourself a favor download a program called BitTorrent (free) and then download entire albums from a torrent site. I use kickasstorrents and bitsnoop. Don't worry about supporting the artists, if you really want to support an artist see them live that's where they make the most direct money. As for itunes, this guy is right it's a bunch of bullshit but it's better then a lot of other stuff out there.
There seems to be this need to create half-assed ports of software for the Mac and PC. iTunes on the PC is a god-awful abomination that has little features, can't not automatically sync shit, is slower than a crippled retarded snail in a coma, and does more harm than good. Word on the Mac has a terrible interface, marks random and completely correct words and phrases as bad grammar, and like the PC iTunes, completely stripped of features.

I don't like the store because it only offers songs & albums in a AAC format & most other websites only offer MP3. So you end up paying basically the same price that you payed for the digital file but you're being forces to purchase a way less quality file. Just my thoughts. I'll stick to buying physical albums.

Have you ever used Windows 7? It's a hell of a lot better than Vista. My dad uses vista and he seems to have more issues with that then I ever have with 7, and he doesn't even do as much stuff with his computer as I do.
I agree, XP is great, but you're not going to find it on new computers now, it's expensive to buy on it's own, and new computers aren't going to be optimized for it. Not to mention, XP isn't optimized as well as Vista and 7 for Multi-Core systems.

Itunes is the worst program I've ever used. You can't even remove a picture from the iPhone with conecting it to iTunes. And you can only connect to one Itunes at a time. Connect to a different pc and you loose all your data.
Itunes is an overly complex and cluncky P.O.S. software. thats just another way for make to make you spend more money to them. It always want to upload all your music..photos etc on your pc to your portable device...when all you want is to say...hey...i like this song...lets put that on my device....but nooo....cant do that...you got to add everything...or playlists or whatever...I just want to add a song...lol. It took the better part of an hour or even longer transfering songs from the laptop onto the iPhone. I just learned how to convert a video I wanted to put on my iPhone. When transferring the video it blanked out the music library instead of just adding the video along with music. Now I've put the songs back on the iPhone and its.... you guessed it, deleted the video. What fucking piece of crap software!!!!!!!!!!!!

MediaMonkey. It works with iPod and iPhone and everything else. Plays every file, can find album art, has tons of plug-ins, better tagging, better search and smart playlists, etc. You'll be without Coverflow, but that's a price I'm willing to pay and you probably might too. Seriously, I used to love iTunes until I tried MediaMonkey.
i buy my itunes and i didnt have time to back them up.. and for what ever fucked up reason they have this ONE DOWNLOAD ONLY rule.. so, instead of going "oops, my computer crashed and i lost all my content.. but thats ok, i can download the songs again again no problem"

You shouldn't have to do that. You can use the songs on up to 5 PC's, and you can de-authorize old ones to make room for the new ones.

@TokiThor People still buy music these days? Do yourself a favor download a program called BitTorrent (free) and then download entire albums from a torrent site. I use kickasstorrents and bitsnoop. Don't worry about supporting the artists, if you really want to support an artist see them live that's where they make the most direct money. As for itunes, this guy is right it's a bunch of bullshit but it's better then a lot of other stuff out there.

There seems to be this need to create half-assed ports of software for the Mac and PC. iTunes on the PC is a god-awful abomination that has little features, can't not automatically sync shit, is slower than a crippled retarded snail in a coma, and does more harm than good. Word on the Mac has a terrible interface, marks random and completely correct words and phrases as bad grammar, and like the PC iTunes, completely stripped of features.

I don't mind iTunes but I can't stand the iTunes store. You seem to know more about iTunes than I do, I just purchase albums & import them to my iTunes library as a WAV format file. I don't like the store because it only offers songs & albums in a AAC format & most other websites only offer MP3. So you end up paying basically the same price that you payed for the digital file but you're being forces to purchase a way less quality file. Just my thoughts. I'll stick to buying physical albums.

Indeed. iTunes DOES FUCKING SUCK. Yesterday, I had to backup my iPhone to run a Jailbreak and when I come back from installing the Jailbreak, iTunes wouldn't let me fucking restore my contacts, sms, notes, etc; I can restore my fucking apps. Thanks Apple for pissing me off by doing ALL the hassle bullshit on my iPhone. Syncing is a BITCH in iTunes. iTunes also uses more fucking RAM. Apple you can't program for shit on Windows and want us to buy a fucking Mac. HELL NO! FUCK iTUNES!

Since that comment was a month ago, iTunes can restore from Backups fine now. Although It takes a lot of attempts to get it to work. The only Jailbreak Software I use on my iPhone is sn0wbreeze. I rely on my unlock. That's why I use it.

Have you ever used Windows 7? It's a hell of a lot better than Vista. My dad uses vista and he seems to have more issues with that then I ever have with 7, and he doesn't even do as much stuff with his computer as I do.
I agree, XP is great, but you're not going to find it on new computers now, it's expensive to buy on it's own, and new computers aren't going to be optimized for it. Not to mention, XP isn't optimized as well as Vista and 7 for Multi-Core systems.

Windows 7 LEADS in all the operating systems. As for XP, it is good, but not near as advanced as Windows 7. Windows VISTA is a failure. It was basically a beta for windows 7. Itunes is the worst program I've ever used. You can't even remove a picture from the iPhone with conecting it to iTunes. And you can only connect to one Itunes at a time. Connect to a different pc and you loose all your data.

Itunes is an overly complex and cluncky P.O.S. software. thats just another way for make to make you spend more money to them. It always want to upload all your music..photos etc on your pc to your portable device...when all you want is to say...hey...i like this song...lets put that on my device....but nooo....cant do that...you got to add everything...or playlists or whatever...I just want to add a song...lol. Not to mention...you have to click things like 10 times for them to work...

Why can't it be as simple as opening a window for the iPhone displaying all your files and doing the same for your laptop or computer and just click and drag between the two??? I don't care about playlists or how sort the music in different ways. Seeing all that shit on iTunes just pisses me off.

It took the better part of an hour or even longer transfering songs from the laptop onto the iPhone. I just learned how to convert a video I wanted to put on my iPhone. When transferring the video it blanked out the music library instead of just adding the video along with music. Now I've put the songs back on the iPhone and its.... you guessed it, deleted the video. What fucking piece of crap software!!!!!!!!!!!!

MediaMonkey. It works with iPod and iPhone and everything else. Plays every file, can find album art, has tons of plug-ins, better tagging, better search and smart playlists, etc. You'll be without Coverflow, but that's a price I'm willing to pay and you probably might too. Seriously, I used to love iTunes until I tried MediaMonkey.

i buy my itunes and i didnt have time to back them up.. and for what ever fucked up reason they have this ONE DOWNLOAD ONLY rule.. so, instead of going "oops, my computer crashed and i lost all my content.. but thats ok, i can download the songs again again no problem"
but NEOO! you got to buy the songs again to download them.. this is the biggest pissoff itunes has to offer
