I've been looking and I think this is a recent re-recording of the first released Nico Nico Artists album.
Which is a shame because I think this version sounds a bit more crisp/clean as opposed to the "original". I'll most likely end up just ripping the audio from these videos. If anyone can source the songs or provide titles or whatever then hit me up so I can do a polished job.
Alright, well I'm a fucking idiot. The Douga site that initially hosted it has a link. Two problems however, it could be considered hard to download for those that can't read Japanese, the second problem being the audio is one giant file and some people may not like that. (It's 44MB)
So I'll still need help for sourcing everything, anyone feel free to contact me to help and get credited.

This is Palantis Kumikyoku, which seems to be a "response" sort of collaboration by many Nico singers, made by Paaraa[Me].
If you google for "Nico Nico Douga Medley Database" you'll find the database site that has this song and many other of the Medleys for download.
