@SaraFromPortugal You can cmpare them both were pop groups who dance and sing, maybe Nicole has more experience than Mel, but, both had dance experience and both were good on the show.
Its funny that people say Mel should have win, but Nicole shouldn't Mel was a spice girl she was just as much of dancer so was Sabrina, thats why Helio won he was race car driver nothing to do with dance, but improved week to week people need to make up their minds do they want dancers to win or non dancers with no experience personally I rather best dancer wins but of course everyone is bias.

They didn't win cuz the Spice Girls were on tour the same time the Dancing with the stars tour was on..and how could they not have the winner on that tour...thats why they lost...but she made out...she made a Lot more money touring with the girls..
Mel B and Max did not lose because she was Tour, she lost because she has dancing experience and the "Dork" had to win to keep ratings up. Mel B was there the night the winner was announced..duh! Everyone knows Mel B and Max should have won, it was so obvious!

@Alienvip009 They didn't win because Helio & Julianne's last two dances were more entertaining. It was a really tight competition at the end, and I would imagine that Helio didn't win by very much. Despite that, this was probably the best season of DWTS, talent-wise.
There is not a male dancer as sexy as Max - he can handle any woman - and Mel B was a perfect match for him / strong, sexy .... everyone who is a fan of the show was so disappointed when they didn't win
Has anyone notice that when Maks gets a very strong, sexy, independent woman, he goes farther in the competition. He got 3rd with Laila and 2nd with Mel.
Look at Mel foot work the best on this season 5 loved this dance they look like they where having so much fun!!!
