Race is something that is used to separate us, and the police and their are one of the front lines of this separation, repressing Blacks and Latinos more so than Whites. We do need to come together and accept each other as equals, but to do that we need to understand the role that race plays in our society and how the institutions of the state use race against us. This IS a race issue, but it's also a class and human rights issue.

Then I realized how faulty my thinking was and that it would do nothing to solve any of the problems I was trying to help solve. The Law of Attraction states we draw to ourselves that which we focus on. As long as people focus on that which divides us, we will continue to be divided.
