Nope; i'd be too scared that i couldn't skate on em, so i'd keep the new and wear the old, so i'll skate good but wear the new ones later.

if you're just skating normally like skating along, no. but if you're doing all the axels and stuff she was doing, then yes, they can do that to your feet. because they're leather they are really stiff and therefore need broken in to your feet, it's the same as normal leather shoes :)

But seriously, to me there is not a feeling so good to think that when you see another person skating really good, and then you're like, "I wish I was as good!" And after practicing a lot, you can do even better than that person. If you think it looks cool, actually being able to do it is even more incredible. Nothing is impossible, so go try skating!
