  • Sweet Sweet playing. How did you get the backing track solo missing but sill with vox?

  • Very nice!

  • Great job!! I am looking to upgrade my mim strat pups and was thinking about Fralins... I have Fralins in my mim Tele. You happy with your FRAlins?

  • great chops and timing...

  • loli would have waited and spent o 5k on the David Gilmour CS Relic lol he even said it plays as good if not better then his own signature black start that its modeled after anyways gilmouri s god great playing man keep it up might put these in my custom WArmoth guitar once i save up to build it

  • How do the Fralin Blues Specials sound compared to Lace Sensor Gold?

  • Fralins sound best to me.

  • I think the Fralins come closer to Gilmours sound than the Woodstocks.

However I think Gilmour should re record all his stuff with Kinman Woodstocks in his guitars.....lol

  • im building a strat and now im definitely putting these in. Great Job with the solo too! Thanks man!

  • VERY NICE PUs sound great you just sold me! My Mary Kay Custom shop master somethin or other is very beautiful but the pickups are pure CRAP cant believe a $3K guitar cant have PUs like that in it when you get it. Thanx Fender. They spend so much time and effort recreating the looks and finishes and the PUs are BOLLOCKS. Great tone here

  • @colejoshrocks You paid $3k for a guitar with crap pickups? You did test it out at the shop didn't you?

  • i love how you always get into the swing when your playing. it shows your having fun

  • Amazing tone. I have Blues Specials in my Strat as well. Wouldn't trade them for another pickup on the market. Perfection.

  • great job...you've inspired me to figure this one out

  • The core sound you are getting is bang on , just the odd overbend but sound great, keep it up

  • The Lindy Fralin pickups have easily the most character of the 3; certainly they'd be my pick for studio work where each nuance is important.

  • i really like your tone, it has a lot of crunch..i can't get that sound, i think it's because of my pickups

  • fralin blues specials, definitely..

  • gosh pretty good , just a wee more practice and your sure to get it right

  • whatever pickups you fit to your strat you will never be able to stop it sounding like a strat i've found.the same goes for teles and les pauls.body shape always dictates the overall sound of any guitar

  • thats true to a point unless you have a built in compressor in the guitar or you put some rails in your strat or one of the seymour duncan mini humbuckers. Plus these blues specials give your guitar the ultimate srv tone. They sound a lot like cbs lace sensors but with modern clarity that is out of this world.

  • wow that sound is almost exactly the same

  • Always loved this solo. One of the all-time best. You nailed it!

  • was that the bridge pickup you were playing?

  • bridge/middle - same as gilmour on this track.

  • I've learnt this solo note for note, and got it finally nailed, but god damn, your version is better than Floyds, awesome. I wish I could play more like that - ah well another 10yrs maybe :-)

  • Great Job, What amp and effects order are you using

  • atomic reactor 112. Line 6 PODXT and some tweaking. Thanks for the upward thunbs.

  • Very nice! Love the growl in the lower notes!

  • I'm wowed!! You just nailded it with such feeling.

  • Thanks guys.
