I've listened to this song for so long, it's my absolute favorite. It's probably been 9 or 10 years since I first heard it, and it's still my favorite, despite tough competition. It's sad to think that they(he) weren't(wasn't) more popular. I'm just thankful to have been able to find their(his) first album, though I've yet to find the second, and I am eagerly awaiting the next release, whenever, and whatever, it may be.

The CD version his voice was altered and synthesized, so it's obviously going to sound different.

On the CD all those effects are going on, which I like. The studio is an instument, but live they probably decided not to use or recreate the effects. I think thats why he sounds a little different. The basic timber of his voice is the same imho.

Best concert sound I ever experienced was Garbage w/ Abandoned Pools at the Hard Rock here in Vegas. Mind blowing sound. Zwan was the worst. Same venue. Wish I could find the former on bootleg.
