For years I've practiced and taught body flow (doesn't look like yours).Have people toldja your movements aren't combat functional? During paintball,I pulled off a roll,sliding capoeira negativa-shot-vingativa dive roll-double tap,hitting 2 guys on the other team. Whaddya think of capoeira's movements and potential? I see yoga in your movements btw.How long have you done yoga?
@ATACXGYM The US Coach Liu Xiangyang asked me to compete for Katrina relief. As a consultant for the Depts of Defense and Homeland Security, feedback from my agencies only matters.

dude this was pretty awesome what would be a good dvd to get that would help me practice this on my own (on a very beginner level lol) and where can I get it?
I am always impressed with Scott's movement, he makes it llok so easy, yet it isn't. I have Scott's Grappler's Toolbox video, as well as others, and am still working on them. Like a true athlete he makes difficult movements look easy. Something to strive for.
