I would take out everything, then wipe the inside of the door. I don't think she showed us how to organize fridge, just how to put all condiments on a door and us a sponge to wipe around the bottles, which is just lazy. This only needs to be done every couple of months, because most store bought condiments last a long time.

You don't want to keep eggs in the butter container...you open the door so often that it'll affect the temperature of the eggs. You're supposed to store it in the coolest part of the refrigerator. If she was an expert she wouldn't be recommending such nonsense.

@philly Agreed, the butter compartment is supposed to be the warmest part of the fridge and eggs age much faster the warmer they are. Alton brown suggests on the door-hinge side near the back if possible.

Didn't learn anything new in this video. I don't see any ketchup as she mentions. Eggs in the butter container but no butter haha. if your fridge is that empty, yes, it's easy to keep clean and organized. Unfortunately, she is wasting electricity keeping the whole fridge cool when it's practically empty. This lady needs a mini bar fridge. This video does not seem useful for the general population with a fridge full of more contents.

It's true. Many things in the video are common sense but the reality is there are times when common sense are forgotten in the stress and race of life and it is really useful to watch this type of video just to remind you of all these common sense stuff sometimes.

I agree with the expert village videos. we don't need to know how to sweep a floor...take the damn broom drag it around and sweep it into the dust pan...anyone who couldn't figure that out on their own shouldn't be left unattended in public

i guess that this would be helpful for people just starting out living on their own or people that really don't know how to do certain tasks. Some people really don't know how to organize a fridge and may want to know how or they do and may want to change it by organizing it a different way.
