AWD is harder to get to initiate a drift and maintain in drift mode" this problem is resolved by increasing the power to weight ratio of the car, ie: modifying the car, BUT AWD is actually easier to control,aim, and get feedback from the car while in drift mode, so the combination of lets say a slightly modified EVO will give you better responsivness and feedback resulting in better drift styles and techniques than what a RWD gtr would, rwd will save u burnt out wheels though
