parkdale is pretty ghetto but unlike most other ghetto area's in Toronto I don't feel as if im in danger of being shot.

That's because Parkdale apartments are mainly private unlike the generic-looking ones in Regent Park, Jane & Finch, etc.

There are very little subsidized homes even though there is huge poverty so people are a hell lot most projects in TO, including RP. Remember that subsidized housing is a dream for many who live in crappy private units run by slumlords.

But there is a housing boom occurring in that area so that's going to change.

I live two blocks away from the No Frils in this video. After seeing this, I've figured out why people think I live in a ghetto.

It's actually a really nice neighbourhood. There's only been a few murders here this year.
