If global warming is not a hoax and the seas rise, there will be refugees coming inland everywhere. When they come they will find a welcome only if they can pay the high rents and land prices their coming will give rise to. No pun intended. The owners of the land will deny them access if they cannot pay and then there will be hell to pay. There is a solution to that but until the need is great the question won't get asked and the answer can't be heard unless there is listening. Share the earth?
