This sequence is one of my favorites, a great challenge for the arms and the side body. LOVE the savasanah (or however you spell it) at the end. Much needed and deserved! Thanks, Esther!
I'm feeling rotten with the flu, just tried this sequence as I really wanted to move my body, was feeling stiff & achey. I feel better but it was a bit hard going, my heart was pumping! It would be so wonderful if you could do a gentle sequence for the immune system for all the sickies.

Could you help with coming into shape after having baby. When i had my first everything was great in 4 month, but after second i can't come back in my previous form almost for a year
Great, thanks a lot!! Did you study core strength vinyasa yoga (Sadie nardini) lately? I notice your focus is more on core-strengthening poses lately and use some Sadie Nardini poses too, GREAT! :-)
