  • Yes it could, but I like a crispy skin and with the Egg and the beer can the meat is still very juicy! It is much harder to dry out food cooked in the Egg.

  • 400 Degrees might be a little high.

  • It varied from 350 to 400. The 12 pound turkey took about 2 hours to reach 180 degrees which is much quicker that an oven.
