You only dye it wet with dyes like manic panic..you don't have to but that's what she wanna to do..so that's why :p you could do it either way unless you're useing like an actually dye for natural colors then your hair should be dry...I hope I helped people that commented below me

@bleedingmascara244 no not usually, you would have to bleach it or let it fade out. if you're using cotton candy pink it would fade out no problem, but hot hot pink would be more difficult to remove, but i'm sure if you left it, it would fade out in 8(ish?) weeks? (: manic panic doesn't last very long so that's a good choice if you're not looking for a big commitment.

does the conditioner thing work on red dye? like, if you add white conditioner to red hair dye, does it turn pink/light red? or, if you add blue conditioner to red hair dye does it become purple? i would give you an invisible virtual cookie if you answered my question. :3

@casskosha1289 No it wouldn't work with red dye, because how it works is the conditioner just kind of "waters down" the colour so if you diid it with red you would just get a light red colour, like a really faded red. also for the blue conditioner, that wouldn't work either, cos the blue is a toner to remove orange from dyed blond hair, not an actual dye. If you wan't pink you can buy a white hair dye to mix with the red, and for the purple just mix red and blue. ^__^ hope this helps
