Tell me how to get big legs like you! I have gotten my squat a lot higher in the past year, I rep around 315 for 5-6 reps. I can Max out reps with 225 for around 25-30 reps. My strength continues to go up, but my legs don't change as much as I thought they would. Is that just have to do with the amount of years I train and how much I eat or what?
I really think he is this big because he is sponsored by controlled by controlled labs while the average person has to spend a crap load on supplements//
How are you able to train so much a week? Do you ever feel tired or like you are over training? I'm looking for a new workout routine and If you would post yours that would be greatly appreciated! I really need a better chest and triceps.

how do you mix it? 2 scoops of intra and 2 of wraath or 1 and 1? I have wraath and purple csyko and im taking it along with green magnitude and its doing wonders for me. but im only taking psyko and green magnitude. would takin wraath and csyko in one be better?
I can't arch my back as much as you can. A year ago I stopped squatting just becouse I think bending my back when squatting would just hurt me in the long run rather then helping me. So how do I work up to doing squats with your form? Help!
I had the same problem you describe dude. It is hard to keep you lower back that straight. You have to work on your flexibility alot, particular you lower back and hamstrings. just be patient. Do a strict strechinh routine every day. IT will take some time, but eventualy you will get there

I've cut down my total volume the last few weeks. But yeah... just once per day. Though I did still hit legs twice per week. I've usually been hitting legs at least three times per week.
