Dude i feel like im having all the probs u had on your IDI thought i needed a new gastank bit it was the fuel piece hora into the gastank so thats 300 bucks Need new exhuast thats about 275 Need this all to pass inspection not counting needs new hoose plug controller and glowplugs air filter oil change trans fluid change and the whole bottom of the truck under coated and rust damage repair and painted looken at IDE saya 3000 at max i hope for 1500 if i get the stuff cheap some how
@roterendeinlaatschij you pretty much can just keep cranking it untill it goes or you can go to one injector at a time and crack open the conection and crank it to bleed the air out but it makes a mess and you have to go to every injector
Best way is to disconnect the FSS to stop it from starting whilst cranking . This will also stop air from getting into the IP and injector lines. Then depress the bleed valve on the fuel filter housing while cranking. Once you get a steady stream of fuel let the valve close and reconnect the FSS while continuing to crank. She should fire right up. Doing it this way will avoid having to open injector lines and
i found out that my injectors don't get fuel, if i crack it open at the injector an keep cranking and cranking there doesnt come any diesel out, some drops but not enough.
I opend the IP, the bowl is full of diesel and the CAS/FSS both click. Lift pump works perfect, lots of pressure when opening schradervalve.
